1. General
1.1 These terms and conditions apply to all products and services offered on www.buddingve.eu and to all agreements between the customer and BUDDINGVE, registered under the trade name Budding Verlichting & Elektra, trade number 96389370.
1.2 By using the website and placing an order, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions.

2. Products and Services
2.1 BUDDINGVE offers an exclusive range of smart LED lighting on the website, including floor lamps, LED strips, and table lamps. These products can be easily controlled via an app or remote control.
2.2 All products come with a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects, starting from the purchase date.
2.3 The products are suitable for both residential and commercial use. Product specifications are available on the product pages.

3. Payment
3.1 Payment can be made via: iDEAL, Bancontact, PayPal, Klarna, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Maestro, Mastercard, Shop Pay, Union Pay, Visa.
3.2 Full payment is required before the order is processed and shipped.
3.3 BUDDINGVE reserves the right to cancel orders in case of incorrect payment or inaccurate information.
3.4 All payments are processed through secure channels and meet the applicable security standards.

4. Delivery
4.1 Shipping services: DHL, PostNL.
4.2 Estimated delivery times: Netherlands/Belgium 3-5 business days, Germany 4-6 business days, other EU countries 5-10 business days.
4.3 All shipments are sent with insurance to protect the customer against loss or damage during transport.
4.4 Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Errors in the address may result in delays or additional costs.
4.5 Customers will receive a tracking code to monitor their shipment online.

5. Warranty and Returns
5.1 All products come with a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
5.2 Defective products are not repaired but replaced with a new product.

5.3 Return Policy:

• Customers have the right to return products within 30 days of receipt.

• Products must be unused, complete, and in their original packaging. Accessories, manuals, and packaging must be intact.

• Return requests must be submitted in advance via info@buddingve.nl with order number, reason for return, and, if applicable, proof of defect.

• Returns that are not pre-approved or do not meet the requirements may be rejected.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.

• Returns must be carefully packaged to prevent damage during transport. BUDDINGVE is not responsible for damage during return shipping if the customer does not use sufficient packaging.

• Custom-made products or products that cannot be returned for hygienic reasons are excluded from the right of return.

• Once the return shipment is received and inspected, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days via the original payment method.

5.4 Defective Products:

• Customers must provide evidence via photo or video.

• Defective products are replaced, not repaired.

• BUDDINGVE covers the shipping cost for replacement of defective products.

5.5 Processing Times:

• Inspection, approval, and refund may take several business days.

5.6 Step-by-Step Return Process:

1. Send an email to info@buddingve.nl with order number and reason for return.

2. Wait for approval from BUDDINGVE.

3. Carefully package the product, including all accessories and original packaging.

4. Ship the product via an insured shipping method.

5. Once the product is received and inspected, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days.

6. Liability
6.1 BUDDINGVE is not liable for damages except in cases of intent or gross negligence.
6.2 Customers must follow the user manual. Misuse of products may void the warranty.

7. Intellectual Property
7.1 All content on the website is the property of BUDDINGVE or its licensors.
7.2 No content may be used without written permission.

8. Privacy and Data Processing (EU/GDPR)
8.1 Collected Data: name, address, email, phone number, payment details, IP address, and information obtained via cookies and tracking.
8.2 Purpose: order processing, customer service, marketing, website analysis, and service improvement.
