1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving the product.

  • Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all accessories, manuals, and documentation.

  • Custom-made products or items that cannot be returned for hygienic reasons are not eligible for return.

  • Defective or incorrectly delivered products are eligible for return or replacement.

2. Initiating a Return

  1. Send an email to info@buddingve.nl with your order number, reason for return, and in the case of a defective or incorrectly delivered product, mandatory photos or videos showing the defect or issue.

  2. Wait for BUDDINGVE's approval before returning the product.

  3. Pack the product carefully to prevent damage during shipping, including all original accessories and packaging materials.

  4. It is mandatory to keep and provide a shipping receipt or proof of return so that we can process the refund correctly once the return is approved.

3. Returning the Product

  • Returns must be sent via an insured method to cover loss or damage during transit.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.

  • BUDDINGVE is not liable for damage during return shipping if the product is not properly packed.

  • Using a track & trace number for the return shipment is strongly recommended to avoid loss.

4. Inspection and Refund

  • Once the returned product is received, it will be inspected to ensure it meets the return conditions.

  • If approved, the purchase amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 14 days.

  • If the product does not meet the return conditions, it may be sent back to the customer and no refund will be issued.

  • Always keep the shipping receipt until the return has been fully processed.

5. Defective Products

  • Defective products are replaced with a new product rather than repaired.

  • Customers must provide photos or videos of the defect for verification.

  • After verification, BUDDINGVE will arrange the shipment of the replacement product and cover the shipping costs.

  • If the product is out of stock, a refund may be issued.

  • Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.
